1. What does it do?
NeatWorx.COM is a hosted, on-line website creation and management service that you can use to build and self-manage your own personally branded internet presence. Other than its aggressive affordability, what differentiates NeatWorx.COM from other offerings is its simple content management capability, its ability to manage event calendars, newsletter authoring, distribution and archival facilities, and it's event management and registration/reservation facilities. It also supports user defined on-line payment transactions. As an "all-in" solution for the administration of a small business or association, we believe NeatWorx.COM is unique. Sites built using NeatWorx.COM will appear to your customers as if they were custom built for your organization. NeatWorx.COM provides you with a simple identity based portal allowing you to restrict access to materials, such as documents or photos, to only those people you designate. This allows you to provide different capability, functionality and views to your employees than to those provided to your customers, all from the same website.

2. What does it cost?
NeatWorx.COM is offered in three different pricing packages (starting for $99.95) depending on the unique needs of your organization. NeatWorx.COM is an "all in service" for a simple low monthly price with no hidden expenses. We worry about all of the complexities of domain registration, e-mail configurations, data backups etc. You only worry about managing your own personal content, and we provide you with the simple tools to do that with ease.

3. Is it a website?
Yes it is, but it's also more than a website - by subscribing to NeatWorx.COM you will be given your own unique website and website address. You can customize your website however you would like with different color schemes, menu layouts, graphics, web page text etc. You can even use our template terms and conditions and privacy policy documents as a basis to create your own terms of use for your organizations site. Although NeatWorx.COM can be used as a simple website you can also manage photo galleries and documents, newsletters, customer surveys and questionnaires, coordinate events on-line and easily accept reservations or registrations and payments.

4. Can I register an Internet Domain address through NeatWorx.COM?
Yes - we can do it all. We would be pleased to register a domain for you. When you create a new NeatWorx.COM account you can either elect to trial the system first using a supplied NeatWorx.COM subdomain, or you can have us register your own custom domain of the form 'mybusiness.com' on your behalf. We will register a domain for you with a minimum three month subscription to our service.

5. Can NeatWorx.COM handle my organization's e-mail?
Yes - We can also host e-mail services for you. This is useful if you want to have your own organization specific e-mail addresses. If you already have your own internet e-mail address we can re-direct e-mail to your existing account or you can use our internet servers for native e-mail service via POP or IMAP. The standard NeatWorx.COM service provides you with up to 10 internet e-mail addresses that are specific to your club allowing you to have e-mail addresses of the form 'username@mybusiness.com'

6. Is NeatWorx.COM secure?
NeatWorx.COM is as secure as any commercial internet service. It is important that you not share the administrative password with anyone. For on-line payment we can enable your business to interface with PayPal's merchant service. This means that neither NeatWorx.COM nor our customers need to be in the business of handling confidential credit card or banking information which means that you take on less risk as a business owner.

7. What if I want to stop using the service?
While we'd really hate to see you go, you can leave the NeatWorx.COM service at anytime with no penalty. Charges will be pro-rated on a monthly basis based on your start date of the service. NeatWorx.COM provides the administrator of the site with a facility to backup the database to a comma separated values (CSV) document that can be easily imported into other database systems or on-line services. We are big believers that you own your data and you should not be held hostage by any service provider.

8. Are there any other Browser Requirements?
We assume that the browser is capable of running Javascript so please ensure that Javascript is enabled. If your users are unable to view dynamic menus, this is the most likely cause. Given that in excess of 95% of deployed browsers support Javascript and this figure is increasing with time, we designed NeatWorx.COM to require Javascript.

9. Are there any costs to setting up a web-site?
We will typically setup a website for a low nominal fee or we can help you do it yourself. Fees will depend on the complexity of the web-site and the amount of support that you require. We also routinely migrate new clients with existing websites into the NeatWorx.COM managed framework.
