Members of your organization can choose to share photographs of events or activities in a variety of formats either with other members of your group or with the general public. You can control who sees photos, enabling access to only members of the organization. When pictures are embedded in Newsletters or e-mail, the e-mail client will simply obtain the original message directly from the web-server rather than need to send large attachments by e-mail, making this a friendly way to send pictures to people with low speed connections.

NeatWorx.COM provides several views for on-line images including a list view, a large thumbnail view as well as a slideshow view where JPG documents that meet particular criteria that you select can be cycled through in an on-line slide show. Administrators can configure a particular slide-show view to always appear on the main screen so that you can regularly change the appearance of the site by displaying interesting graphic images.
