Authorized users can create their own web pages and online documents with rich formatting and graphical content to share them with others. This means that maintaining content on the website can be delegated to different people in your organization helping to "share the work" and make sure content is always up to date. Advanced users can take advantage of native HTML editing capabilities in the systems online editor, and a consistent stylesheet gives every page a consistent look and feel. Web Pages, Event Descriptions and Newsletters can all be composed and archived online, and any document that you create may have permissions associated with it so that documents are only visible to "the right people". NeatClubs.COM makes maintaining your website fast and easy!

Hosting Services & E-Mail Support

The NeatClubs.COM service includes all hosting fees, up to 10 GB of web space and all the bandwidth you need. There are no limitations on the number of images that you can upload and no limitations on the number of pages that you can create and host. NeatClubs.COM uses proven LAMP stack technologies and is built in PHP, Javascript and MySQL.

NeatClubs.COM includes the registration of your own custom domain, or if you already have a domain, we will help you configure it to point to our servers and optionally assume technical administration of your domain on your behalf. (You own your domain at all times!) -  Included in the service are up to five forwarding e-mail addresses so that your organization will have a professional appearance on the web. Additional e-mail address can easily be setup on request and or you can self-administer your e-mail accounts.

Built in Editor

Use the system's built in editor to create your own documents, web pages, newsletters and event descriptions (or any other type of document you can imagine). By being able to edit your web pages yourself online, you can reduce or remove your reliance on contractors or skilled volunteers to maintain your website for you. You may choose to engage a skilled HTML designer to help you initially setup your website, but from that point forward you can easily maintain it yourself once the content is loaded into the NeatClubs.COM environment.

Cut and Paste:

You can cut and paste documents from external applications or even other websites into NeatClubs.COM or you can choose to create your documents online. This means that web developers who prefer to use web editing tools such as Dreamweaver^TM can develop content and easily load it into NeatClubs.COM.

Customize your Menus:

Any documents, web pages or events that you create in the system, can be attached to customizable pull down menus to make the look, feel and content of your site your own. (In fact, this site was created using these easy to use  facilities) The menus down the left hand site and across the top may be turned on or off for different classes of user so that you can control who has visibility to what menu items. This means that when your members log in, they can see more menu options and richer content than casual visitors to the site.

Incorporate Graphics into your Pages:

The Content Management system gives you the ability to upload a variety of different image types. Any graphics viewable in a browser can be viewed with NeatClubs.COM. NeatClubs.COM allows you to group photos into galleries and auto-generate galleries for incorporation into websites. You can use a tidy "Polaroid" style to make inserted photos resemble an actual photograph, and NeatClubs.COM will re-size images on upload automatically to optimize them for viewing on the web. Thumbnails are automatically generated for every file that is uploaded and site administrators can configure the system to prevent users from right-clicking on images to download them.

Associate Permissions with your Documents:

You can define the "types" or "classes" of members who you expect will be using your website. Permissions can be associated with each document, event and photo in the system so that your content is visible to only those that you authorize and private material stays private. The site is Google^TM aware, with integrated XML sitemaps, and will prevent the Google spider from indexing documents intended to remain private.

Separate Documents into Categories:

When you end up with a large number of documents, being able to separate documents and images into categories makes things easier to find. You can search for documents based on customizable document types or by keywords. This makes it easy to manage your documents when the number of files becomes large.
