Upload A Document?
We use the term -document" to refer to web pages, or any other document like a PDF file, or Word document. Web pages are created online in NeatClubs (see
How Do I Create or Edit a Web Page). This note describes how to upload an external document such as a PDF or Word document. PDF documents are often used for forms that are printed by users of the web site, for example, Gymnastics Clubs often keep a copy of the printable registration form online for members that don't want to register online. To upload a document:
- Logon as the the Administrator to your site
- From the side menu, select "Document Library", then "Upload a File"
- Click the Browse button to select the document from your hard drive to upload
- Use the navigation panel to find the file, then click Open

- The file name will appear in the File to Upload window (see above), click Upload File
- The next screen includes descriptive information and provides several options for the document:
- Descriptive Name: Enter a name that describes the document
- Description of Contents: If desired enter more detailed information about the document.
- System Category: This should be set to Web Pages
- User Category: This will default to Uploaded File.
- Click Yes to Show in Summary View
- Here is a sample of a document ready to be uploaded:

- Click the Submit button to Upload the Document.
