Notes and limitations
- For organizations with 4,000 or more named members, please contact us for a price quotation
- The Silver package includes an unlimited number of registrations against not more than ten registration events active concurrently. Silver package excludes Class Registrations, Camp Style Registrations and resource based reservation events.
- The Gold package and higher provides support for all registration types.
- Additional mailboxes beyond 10 are available at a cost of $5.00 / month
Monthly fee includes
- Use of our dedicated, professionally managed server cluster, located at iWeb’s secure facilities in Montreal, Canada.
- Premium "platinum" hardware support contracts to ensure maximum up-time
- Automated daily backups with proactive notification
- Up 10 dedicated mailboxes branded to your organizations domain name with self-serve SPAM filtering, web-mail and access via IMAP or POP mail protocols for Microsoft Outlook and PDA users
- Unlimited e-mail aliases and forwarding rules (e.g. coaches@myclub.com or info@myassociation.com)
- Proactive management of DNS services to ensure your domain is secure
On-line registration includes
- Event style registrations with a variety of features including “early-bird” discounts, deadlines, member-based discounts, varying costs based on form-field selections, partial payments and deposits, deferred payments and more.
- Customizeable registration forms to meet your precise requirements
- Automated branded e-mail acknowledgements and confirmations
- Class style registrations with advanced features including class capacity management, support for exclusion dates, weekly schedules, pro-rated fees for late registration, class lists and attendance lists
- Resource Reservations & facility booking ideal for birthday parties or reserving conference rooms or squash courts against recurring weekly schedule.
- An innovative “camp” registration solution ideal for summer or March break camps incorporating full day and half day camps, weekly and daily registrations, and a variety of additional options including theme days and specialized discount policies
- Subscription style registrations - ideal for associations or competitive clubs where fees are paid via pre-autorized credit card drawals on a weekly, monthly or annual basis.
Optional Services Packages
Most customers do not require additional services from us to meet their web-site requirements because we provide up to one hour of support at no additional cost. For larger organizations with busy administrators where “time is money” however, we are pleased to offer additional value added services beyond the services described above.

New Session Startup Service |
This is a service aimed at helping large clubs configure all of their schedules and registration events from a paper or PDF copy of their club schedule for a session. For large clubs with large class counts, camps, or multiple facilities, this can be a significant effort. With this service, NeatWorx will take ownership of ensuring that your registration events are configured properly. Clubs administrators can of course learn to do this themselves and we are happy to assist |

Content Management Service |
While NeatClubs is designed to be “self serve” in terms of maintaining content, in our experience many club owners or administrators do not have time to do this. For content that is frequently changing, we will manage content changes for you. Content includes web-page text, posting various documents, and managing graphics and photos. (this does not include processing incoming registration obviously) |

Hourly Service Rate |
For organizations that ask us to take additional miscellaneous work, above and beyong our normal support obligations such as special projects, software enhancements (not including bug fixes) or specialized content, we are pleased to offer additional services at an hourly rate. This includes the development of customized graphics, slideshows or flash elements. |
