NeatClubs is a hosted website solution designed for associations, clubs and small business. It is not just a little powerful - its a lot powerful. In fact, NeatClubs can reasonably replace several separately paid for on-line services. NeatClubs includes:
 
 
NeatClubs built-in editor makes your web site content management easy to do.  There is no software to load on your PC, simply click the edit icon on any page to load the built-in editor that has the look and feel of word processing software.


 

 
 
NeatClubs offers a powerful class schedule management capability to enable dynamic creation of your class schedules from tabular input.  All you need to do is enter the day of the week and times for the class and NeatClubs generates the schedule for you.

NeatClubs manages the class registrations and automatically closes a class when the capacity has been reached. 

 

 
 
Tired of long line ups at your club office when a new session begins? 
 
With online registration, participants can sign up to your programs from the web site with no involvement from your staff.  With NeatClubs, your participants know what programs are available right now and our flexible forms collect the information necessary to sign up for your program online.  NeatClubs supports a variety of common registration types including recreational classes, competitive programs, birthday party or facility rentals, ad-hoc event registration and summer and daycamp reservations.

 

 
 
For clubs that want to offer participants online payment, NeatClubs enables payment of the class or event with a credit card, leveraging PayPal's service to process the payment.

The calendar and events listing manages the club key dates in both a calendar view and events listing view.  Event descriptions are easily added and maintained directly from the calendar.

 
 
The Newsletters feature of NeatClubs makes sending correspondence to your members and contacts a pleasure. Simply use the online editor to compose your Newsletter, then send to the appropriate members with NeatClubs Membership Management feature.

 

 
 
The Photo Gallery displays your club photos using "collections" to group together related photos.  There is no limit on the number of collections you can group your photos into.


 

 
 
Membership Management enables you to limit content on your website to only authorized members.  Clubs often maintain information for different audiences, such as:
  • General club information and class schedules for the public 
  • Specific class information for participants and parents
  • Club information for the Board of Directors or Club Executive

With NeatClubs, you can maintain information for all of these member types on your web site then limit access to only the appropriate member types.
