What are the Overall Rules?

• This program is open to all NeatWorx.COM and NeatClubs.COM customers excluding referrals for Gymnastics Ontario and Gymnastics BC affiliated clubs. 
• We will credit your account with 90 days free service for every new customer that you refer to us that becomes a client.
• 90 day free service credits will be at the current service levels at the time the referral is made.
• Your account credit will be applied upon a signed contract between NeatWorx.COM and the referred account.
• A qualifying referral must be a "new" opportunity (a prospect not already engaged by NeatWorx Web Solutions Inc).
• There are no limits by customer on the number of referrals registered or credits earned.

What constitutes a "referral"?

• A referral is a personal introduction to an individual who has influence over website decision in a club, association or small business that is not currently engaged by NeatWorx.COM sales organization at time of presentation.

How do I "register" a referral?

• To register a referral, first contact us via the "Contact Us" option on the home page and you will be contacted by a NeatWorx.COM representative. Once it has been determined that your referral qualifies it will be acknowledged to you via e-mail.

What's to stop NeatWorx.COM from claiming that you're previous engaged in all my referrals?

• Our intent is to motivate you to identify incremental opportunities that are not already in our sales funnel and not already being worked. Beyond the personal ethics of the NeatWorx.COM team, your security is in the fact that it will always be in our best interests to make sure that you are treated (and feel to be treated) as fairly as possible so that you will provide as many incremental leads as possible. Otherwise, you as a source of leads would simply dry up and you would become a negative reference.

When do I get my 90 days free service?

• Credit for registered referrals is earned when a services contract is signed between NeatWorx.COM and the referred customer. It will be applied against the next 3 months billings immediately following the date of the signed contract.

Are there really no limits on the number of referrals that I can make?

• Amazing but true!! There really are no limits on the number of referrals you can register or the number of free service credits you can earn.
